- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- dash of red pepper
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 c. hot water
- salt to taste
- 1 can Bunker Hill rib eye gravy
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes, carrots and onion.

2Cover with water and cook until done.

3Add remaining ingredients and simmer a few minutes.

4Serve over cooked rice or sliced bread.
