Ingredients

  • 12 slices white bread (sliced into cubes or torn into small pieces)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 12 ounces canned mushroom slices, drained
  • chicken broth or water
  • salt and pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder, to taste

Directions

    Fry onions and celery in olive oil and add to bread in a large bowl.

    Moisten with chicken broth or water until desired consistency is achieved.

    Add remainder of ingredients and mix well.
