- 1 to 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 4 or 5 potatoes
- 2 or 3 stalks celery
- 5 or 6 carrots
- green pepper
- lots of onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce (large size)
Directions

1Wash stew meat and place in 9 x 12-inch cake pan.

2Slice vegetables on top of meat.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Pour tomato sauce over all.

5Seal with aluminum foil.

6Cook in 350° oven for 4 to 5 hours.
