Beef Stew With Beer

- 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- flour
- 4 large onions
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 c. beer
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 thick slices bread
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Roll beef cubes in flour.

2Saute in oil until brown.

3Place in casserole dish.

4Fry onions; add to casserole.

5Add parsley, basil, oregano, beer, salt and pepper.

6Spread both sides of bread (leftover homemade or bakery bread is best) with mustard.

7Place on top of ingredients.

8Cover and bake at 275° for about 3 hours.
