- 1/2 c. Morton Tender Quick
- 1 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Mix together with hands and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours.

2Divide into 4 equal parts and roll into log, working out air pockets.

3Wrap each log in 15-inch square cheesecloth and bake on oven racks with drip pan under for 4 hours at 225°.
