- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well.

2Divide into 3 portions.

3Place each on 24-inch piece of foil; shape into 15-inch stick.

4Seal foil around stick.

5Refrigerate for 24 hours.

6Bake, wrapped in foil, at 300° for 1 hour.

7Yield: 3 beef sticks.
