- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. sirloin steak, cubed
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Brown sirloin steak in butter.

2Add onion.

3Add flour, salt, paprika and mushrooms.

4Let simmer 5 minutes.

5Add cream of mushroom soup and simmer about 10 minutes.

6(This much may be done ahead and reheated later.)

7Add sour cream shortly before serving and heat through for 10 to 15 minutes.

8Makes 4 generous servings. Serve on rice, noodles or Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice.
