- 1 lb. beef tenderloin, cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 c. beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
Directions

1Melt butter in large skillet.

2Saute mushrooms, garlic and onion.

3Remove.

4Cook meat until light brown.

5Reserving 1/3 cup of broth, stir in remaining broth with meat.

6Add ketchup and salt.

7Cover and simmer 15 minutes with reserved broth; add 3 tablespoons flour and pour into meat mixture.

8Add mushrooms, garlic and onion.

9Heat to boil; boil one minute to thicken sauce.

10Reduce heat.

11Add sour cream and heat.

12Pour over noodles.
