- 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- cooked noodles
- parsley flakes
Directions

1Melt 1/2 stick butter in frying pan.

2Add meat and brown quickly. Take meat from pan and set aside.

3Add other half of the butter to pan and onion. Cook until clear.

4Add mushrooms and flour to make a roux.

5Add beef broth, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.

6Cook until thick. Add meat.

7Mix meat sauce with noodles. Bake in baking dish at 350° for about 1 hour. Sprinkle top with parsley.
