- 1 to 1 1/4 lb. beef steak, cut in strips (3/4 x 2-inch)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 c. sour cream
- noodles or rice
Directions

1Dredge meat in flour, salts and pepper.

2Reserve extra flour mixture.

3Brown meat in margarine; add onions and mushrooms.

4Cook until tender.

5Stir in reserved flour.

6Gradually add broth, Worcestershire and catsup.

7Bring to boil; add sour cream.

8Heat. Serve over noodles or rice.
