  • 1 lb. chuck beef, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 (10 1/2 or 11 oz.) cans mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. sherry wine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Put all ingredients, except sour cream, into crock-pot. Cook on high for 2 hours; adjust to low heat and cook for 5 or 6 hours or until tender.
