- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
- 4 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1 pt. sour cream
- salt and pepper
- flour
- wide egg noodles
Directions

1Cut sirloin in thin strips.

2Heat oil in large skillet. Dredge sirloin in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

3To heated oil, add garlic, then sirloin. When steak is lightly browned, add onion and mushrooms. Saute approximately 5 minutes. Add beef broth.

4Lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Remove cover and add sour cream. Heat through. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
