Low Cholesterol Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. corn oil
- 1 c. hot water
- 4 oz. egg whites or substitutes
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cold skim milk
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 7 1/2 c. flour (may vary)
Directions

1In large bowl, combine oil, hot water and honey.

2In small bowl, combine beaten whites, salt and skim milk.

3Soften yeast in warm water.

4Add contents of small bowl to large bowl mixture, then add yeast.

5Stir in 6 cups of flour; knead until smooth and elastic, adding flour as needed to make dough smooth.

6Lightly smooth top of dough with oil.

7Cover with cloth; let rise until double in size.

8Punch down and shape rolls as desired.

9Place on greased cookie sheet.
-
10Let rise until double again.
-
11Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a 400° oven.

12Makes 4 dozen.
