  • 2 lb. steak
  • flour
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • sour cream

Directions

    Cut steaks in cubes; roll in flour.

    Heat butter; brown steak and onion.

    Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream; cook slowly.
