- 2 lb. round steak (1/2-inch thick)
- 1/3 c. flour
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. onion, sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Pound flour into beef until steak is 1/4-inch thick.

2Cut into strips 1/2-inch wide and 2 inches long.

3Brown in butter.

4Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.

5Cook over low heat, covered tightly, for 25 minutes.

6Stir occasionally, then stir in sour cream.

7Serve over hot, cooked noodles.
