  • 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak (3/4-inch thick)
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 3/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. sour cream or French onion dip
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

    Salt and pepper meat.

    Place beef in a roasting pan, uncovered.

    Put in oven at 375° for 1 hour.

    Turn off oven.
