- 3 lb. round steak
- 1 onion
- 3 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 or 2 cartons sour cream
Directions

1Cut steak into small pieces.

2Salt and pepper; put into paper bag with flour and shake until all is covered.

3Fry until tender in butter.

4I use half butter and half cooking oil.

5When all of steak is fried, put onion which has been cut into small pieces, in pan and saute until tender.

6Add water, then soup and mushrooms.

7Put steak in and simmer 30 minutes.

8Add sour cream and let simmer about 5 more minutes.

9Serve over noodles or rice.
