  • 1 small chuck roast or steak
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • buttered noodles

Directions

    Cut roast or steak into cubes.

    Mix together dry onion soup and water.

    Pour the mixture over meat.

    Bake in a covered casserole for 3 hours at 375°.

    Uncover.

    Add mushrooms.

    Heat for another 10 minutes.

    Serve on buttered noodles.
