- 1 lb. steak (beef top round)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. stroganoff noodles
Directions

1Pound flour into steak.

2Cut into cubes and brown in butter. When done, remove from pan, put in onions.

3Cook the onions slowly (about 5 minutes).

4Put meat back in, add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and sour cream.

5Heat until warm.

6Add to cooked noodles, mix and serve.

7Serves 4 to 6.
