  • 2 pounds Round Steak
  • 2 whole White Onions, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 cubes Beef Bouillon Dissolved In 2 Cups Hot Water
  • 1/4 pounds Fresh Mushrooms, Button
  • 1/2 pints Sour Cream
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Cut steak into strips.

    Brown onions & meat in oil.

    Mix flour into the meat mixture until it starts to thicken.

    Add the beef bouillon/water mix.

    Simmer for 30 minutes.

    Add mushrooms and salt & pepper to taste.

    Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add sour cream.

    Serve with egg noodles.
