  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 10 12 ounces condensed beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms (undrained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 14 cup flour
  • 3 34 cups wide egg noodles (uncooked)

Directions

    Saute ground beef and onion in butter until meat is browned.

    Partially drain.

    Add broth (optional) and Worchestershire sauce.

    Cover and simmer until beef is tender, stirring occasionally.
