- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. sour cream
- 6 slices American cheese
- pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
Directions

1Separate rolls while cold; let warm to room temperature, then press them into the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Brown beef; add onion and simmer until tender.

3Add paprika, salt and pepper.

4Let sour cream warm to room temperature.

5Add sour cream and mushrooms to beef mixture; mix well.

6Spread into pan.

7Place slices of cheese on top of mixture.

8Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
