Beef Stuffing Rouladens

- 1 pkg. Stove Top mushroom and onion flavor stuffing mix
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. apple juice
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 6 boneless, tender steaks (no more than 1/4-inch thick)
Directions

1Combine contents of vegetable seasoning packet, water, apple juice and butter.

2Stir until butter is melted.

3Stir in stuffing crumbs.

4Place 1/4 cup stuffing on each steak and roll up.

5Place Rouladens in baking dish, seam side down around the edges of the dish.

6Place remaining stuffing in the middle of the dish.

7Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

8Serve with mushroom sauce if desired.

9(A rouladen is something which is rolled up.)
