- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. salt peter (salitre)
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ajinomoto
Directions

1Slice beef thinly, to desired size, preferably across the grain.

2In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients and spread this on the meat.

3Allow beef to marinate for at least 24 hours in refrigerator.
