  • 1 lb beef roast (cooked in the crockpot and shredded)
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 small white onion
  • water
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup green chili pepper (diced, I use fresh roasted)
  • 120 count corn tortillas
  • 2 cups oil
