- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- garlic salt
- pepper
- Accent
Directions

1Cube steak into bite size pieces.

2Brown meat in oil and butter.

3Saute onion and mushrooms with meat.

4Season to taste with garlic salt, Accent and pepper.

5Add a little water.

6Simmer until tender. Serve over buttered noodles or potatoes.
