  • 1- 1/2 pound Beef Tips/Stew Meat
  • 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Cavender's Greek Seasoning
  • 3 Tablespoons Bacon Grease Or Olive Oil
  • 1 cube Knorr Beef Bouillon
  • 2 cups Water

Directions

    Dredge stew meat in flour mixed with Cavenders Greek Seasoning.

    Heat bacon grease or olive oil in skillet on medium heat, put meat in pan and sear till meat is brown on both sides.

    Lower temperature to medium-low, add bouillon cube and water and cover skillet.

    Water should come to just about the top of the meat.

    Cook for 3 to 3- 1/2 hours till tender.

    Serve over rice or noodles.

    This dish is really easy and delicious.

    The flour and meat drippings will make its own gravy in the pan.

    It also smells really good in your house while this is cooking.
