  • 2 lb. stew beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned meat tenderizer
  • salt & pepper to taste

    Brown beef, onion, and peppers in butter.

    Add garlic, salt, pepper and meat tenderizer as it starts to cook.
