Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 pound beef tips or possibly leftover steak
  • 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • Warm water, 1/2 and 2 c..
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • Minute rice or possibly egg noodles
  • Paprika

Directions

    Cut up beef tips into bite size 1/4 x 1/4 inches.

    Stir fry them with cut up onions and 1/2 c. water and paprika till brown.

    Don't over cook!!

    Add in the 2 c. of water and the brown gravy mix.

    While this is on medium low start your minute rice.

    Bring to a boil and set aside.
  7. 7
    Place a large amount of rice with beef on top on a plate.
