- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon truffle oil
- OR
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions

1Whisk together the truffle juice, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, and pepper until well combined.

2Whisk again just before using.

3The dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
