  • 2 tsp. crushed ginger
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1 medium onion, cut in quarters
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
