  • 1 1/2 lb beef steak trimmed
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper or desired amount
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1 can 14.5 Oz diced tomato undrained
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup or desired amount of frozen broccoli
  • 1/3 cup or desired amount frozen carrots
  • 1/3 cup or desired amount frozen corn
  • 1/3 cup or desired amount frozen green beans
  • 1/2 cup or desired amount frozen pineapple

Directions

    Mix flour, salt & pepper together and pour into ziplock.

    Add beef and shake to completely coat beef.

    Heat vegetable oil in 12 inch skillet.

    Add beef and brown for 6-8 minutes.

    Be sure to brown all sides.

    Place slice onions on the bottom of the crockpot.

    Add beef, diced tomato and sugar.

    Cook on low 6-7 hours

    Add veggies and then cook until desired tenderness

    Serve over rice
