- 1 1/2 lb beef steak trimmed
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper or desired amount
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1 can 14.5 Oz diced tomato undrained
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/3 cup or desired amount of frozen broccoli
- 1/3 cup or desired amount frozen carrots
- 1/3 cup or desired amount frozen corn
- 1/3 cup or desired amount frozen green beans
- 1/2 cup or desired amount frozen pineapple
Directions

1Mix flour, salt & pepper together and pour into ziplock.

2Add beef and shake to completely coat beef.

3Heat vegetable oil in 12 inch skillet.

4Add beef and brown for 6-8 minutes.

5Be sure to brown all sides.

6Place slice onions on the bottom of the crockpot.

7Add beef, diced tomato and sugar.

8Cook on low 6-7 hours

9Add veggies and then cook until desired tenderness

10Serve over rice
