- 1 lb. can Demings salmon
- 1/3 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1 sprig parsley, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- pepper to taste
- paprika
Directions

1Drain and save liquid.

2Flake salmon.

3Combine bread crumbs and seasonings with liquid.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Pack into small greased loaf pan.

6Sprinkle generously with paprika.

7Bake 45 minutes in moderate oven (350°).
