- 8 oz. Chinese-style thin noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 tsp. soy sauce, divided
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 1 lb. beef rump steak, trimmed
- 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 6 green onions, diagonally sliced
- 1 piece fresh ginger (approximately 1-inch sq.), pared and thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions

1Place a clean towel over wire cooling rack.

2Spread cooked noodles evenly over towel and let dry 3 hours.

3Combine water, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, salt and bouillon granules in a small bowl. Cut beef across the grain into thin slices, about 2 inches long.
