Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/8 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 - 1 clove garlic, finely minced
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1 1/2 cups milk
