- 1 egg, well beaten
- flour
- poultry stuffing
- salt and pepper
- small strips of pork
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Pound steak.

2Spread with stuffing to which egg has been added.

3Roll and skewer.

4Dredge with flour, salt and pepper. Place in baking pan.

5Add water and strips of pork.

6Cover.

7Bake at 375° until meat is tender.

8Baste frequently.
