- 1 1/2 c. cooked shredded beef
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mild enchilada sauce
Directions

1Combine beef, 1/2 cup cheese and onion; set aside.

2Combine soups and enchilada sauce.

3Top each tortilla with 1 heaping tablespoon of meat mixture.

4Roll up.

5Place seam side down in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

6Pour sauce over and top with remaining cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
