  • 1 bag beans
  • 1 Yellow onion
  • 1 lb ham
  • 3 Carrots
  • 5 tbsp Brown sugar

Directions

    Soak beans over night, then make sure water is three inches above beans.

    Allow to slow boil for three hours.

    Dice onion and set aside, peel and thinly slice carrots.

    Chop ham into n bite size peices

    Once beans are soft to eat as add other ingredients, and allow to simmer for one hour
