- 2 to 3 lb. fish fillets
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 can beer or more
- salt to taste
- lemon juice
Directions

1Mix all ingredients until the consistency of batter, adding more beer, if needed.

2Marinate 2 to 3 pounds fish fillets in lemon juice for 2 hours.

3Dip in batter and fry in 1-inch of hot oil until crispy brown.
