- 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cut in small pieces
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can beer
Directions

1Flour meat and brown. Season with pepper. Remove the meat and cook the onion until tender. Using a Dutch oven, put in meat, onion, mushrooms, the beer and Tabasco. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
