Ingredients
- 3 cup flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp sugar, I didn't have white so use brown sugar, worked just fine
- 2 Bottles or cans of beer
Directions

1preheat oven to 375F

2Add dry ingredients to large mixing bowl.

3Whisk together.

4I make a well in the middle.

5Then pour 1 beer in, using a fork start incorporating the edges of the flour into the beer, a lot like you would making your own pasta.

6Until it forms a ragged dough.

7Once ragged dough is formed, get on in there with your hands like you would with biscuits and bring it together to form a loose ball, knead the dough 10 to 12 times similar to biscuits.

8Form into loaf & place in greased loaf pan.

9I used butter.

10Let rest for approximately 15 minutes.

11Place in oven on top rack for approximately 45 minutes until top is golden brown.

12Open the second beer and enjoy it while your bread bakes... You do have 45 min.

14Let cool for 10 to 15 min.& turn out onto cooling rack.

15Brush top of loaf with butter.
