- 2 34 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 14 cup flax seed (ground)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 12 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 12 ounces beer, at room temperature
Directions

1Mix all the dry ingredients.

2Add oil and beer.

3Stir until dough is just mixed.

4Put dough in a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

5Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes or until nicely browned.

6Remove from oven and let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes.

7Remove from pan to cool some more.
