- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer (room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
Directions

1Mix together flour, beer and sugar.

2Pour into a greased 9 1/4 x 5 1/4-inch loaf pan.

3Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.

4Loosen bread from sides of pan.

5Poke small holes on top of bread.

6Pour melted margarine on top.

7Bake an additional 10 minutes.
