Ingredients

  • 1 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 c. jicama, chopped fine
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 whole onion (medium), chopped fine
  • 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers (try Menlo brand)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper

Directions

    Saute ground pork for 5 minutes, constantly stirring.

    Put pork in bowl and mix in all vegetables, onion, salt and pepper. Wrap mix in lumpia wrapper to desired size.

    Deep fry.

    Makes 15 to 20 pieces.
