- 1 c. cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
- 1/2 c. jicama, chopped fine
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 whole onion (medium), chopped fine
- 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers (try Menlo brand)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
Directions

1Saute ground pork for 5 minutes, constantly stirring.

2Put pork in bowl and mix in all vegetables, onion, salt and pepper. Wrap mix in lumpia wrapper to desired size.

3Deep fry.

4Makes 15 to 20 pieces.
