  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer (room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Grease one loaf pan.

    Mix all ingredients and place in pan. Smooth the top by patting slightly.

    Bake for 65 minutes at 375°. May be frozen when cooled.

    Makes 1 loaf.
