Lemon Pineapple Icebox Pie

  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 (12 ounce ) Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 can condensed milk (I use Eagle brand)

Directions

    Mix condensed milk, pineapple and Cool Whip.

    Fold in chopped nuts.

    Mix lemon juice in last and stir until mixture becomes stiff.

    Pour 8 to graham cracker crust and chill.
