- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar, finely ground
- 1 lb. mild Cheddar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce to taste
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except beer, and beat with electric mixer.

2Pour in beer slowly and beat until cheese is very smooth. Store in covered jar.

3Remove from refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
