  • 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. plus 1/2 beer or 1 can
  • 1 tsp. curry
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese
  • fettucini

Directions

    Saute chicken in salt-free butter with onion until light brown. Simmer on low for 10 minutes.

    Pour beer and spices over chicken which is in greased pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over chicken 1 minute before removing from oven.
