- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 c. biscuit mix
Directions

1Pour beer into large bowl.

2Add sugar and beer until sugar dissolves (it will be foamy).

3Add biscuit mix and stir just until mix is moistened well.

4Grease muffin tins.

5Allow a heaping tablespoon of batter for each muffin.

6Let rise 20 minutes.
