Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 medium size squash
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 3/4 c. chopped onions
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Boil squash until done, then mash.

    Fry bacon until crisp and break in small pieces.

    Saute onions in bacon drippings.

    Add all ingredients together and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
